The purpose of Distant Light Ministry is to provide spiritual enrichment and practical support for parents and caregivers of those with an Intellectual or Developmental Diagnosis, particularly those diagnosed with autism. The ministry aims to foster emotional endurance, spiritual strength, and unwavering hope through encouragement, resources, and advocacy with a biblical foundation. Our mission is to create a compassionate, empowering, and inclusive farm-based community where adults with intellectual and/or developmental diagnosis can thrive. We are dedicated to raising funds to establish a working farm that offers both residential care and meaningful employment opportunities tailored to each individual’s abilities and needs.
